April Fool's Cursors

Finally, I submit something new. Honestly, I haven't done too much, but I finally got up and did something! April isn't due for some time, but what the hey, let's make some cursors that seem to be funny. These cursors are based off of Windows cursors, and the funny part is that they are animated. They move by themselves in a small circle.
