Literature Text

In the morning in it's glory
They are mourning all the gory.
They're adorning their dear Lori
On her fateful day of death.

As you see the pretty flower
Happily bathe in a shower
Quite freely on this hour
On her fateful day of death.

As she starts ascending
And her heart's beat is now ending,
Jehova's dart she begins fending
On her fateful day of death.

She looks down into the fire
And around for her desire.
Satan pronounced her a dirty liar
On her fateful day of death.

She is put into exile
As she looks around, beguiled.
She's fought, died, and no more wild
On her fateful day of death.
Well, I began writing this poem on the day before exams in World History, trying for a good rhyme scheme, and putting continuos internal rhyme into it as well... I hope you like it. It expresses how life is: completely unfair and cruel to those who understand it most...

I like how the rhyming scheme doesnt mess up the darker side to this one. It's balanced pretty.
